The District is generally bounded by the future Belford Avenue (just south of and parallel to E470) on the North, Chambers Road (E), Grandview Estates (S) and First Street (W).  The Belford South Metropolitan District is located 23 miles south of downtown Denver in the town of Parker, Colorado.  It is governed by a five member elected Board of Directors.

Public Alliance provides management and accounting services.  Manhard Consulting provides District engineering services.

Board Meeting Information:

District Board Meetings are open to the public. View the meeting notice / agenda for details to join. Meeting notices are posted at least 24 hours prior to each meeting. Meeting minutes are posted after they’ve been approved at the following meeting and signed by the Board’s secretary.
